Telecare for people on very low incomes
We are funded by the Dolphin Society, a local charity, to install telecare (personal alarms and security) systems for low income clients. We are also a referrer into this scheme.

Fuel Poverty
We work with CSE and Talking money to deliver the Wham, (Warm Homes and Money) project, under a 3 year grant from the Bristol Impact fund. This project was set up to, to deliver a joined up service around fuel poverty delivering energy, financial capability and debt advice alongside home repairs and energy improvements. The partnership employs 2 caseworkers working across all 3 organisations who have been trained with the skills of all three organisations, and embed their skills and knowledge within each. There is a single point of contact referral service for In-depth and tailored client support.

Daily Living Solutions
We have demonstration and assessment spaces – for family and friends to look at and purchase or have prescribed possible solutions.
We are able to help people self-purchase equipment online via a self-assessment service.

Where people are living in hoarded properties we have a volunteer led service that seeks to help and this is called Making Space.
