Please contact us to arrange a chat before attending. Our group has a lot of interest and therefore we need to ensure that attendees are well suited to the group.

Join us for a group created for people who are ready to live a less cluttered life, facilitated by those with a passion to help people Make Space in their Homes, Minds & Lives!
The group is for people who would like to learn tips on how to de-clutter and stop over-acquiring alongside people who know what it’s like. This free peer support group is based on the book ‘Buried In Treasures’ which has some valuable exercises which we will incorporate into the sessions.
What to expect
This group will allow people to come together to share feelings and coping strategies of their experiences and struggles of living in a cluttered home. During the sessions we will check in with our individual progresses, challenges, successes and goals. Research shows that support and an exchange of ideas from peers has enabled people to move forward in a positive and sustaining way. This group offers a judgement free and confidential environment for people ready to Make Space in their life.
