I’m proud to be part of an organisation that’s well established and widely recognised for delivering support to thousands of people across the South West. I’m passionate about building on this strong foundation to help even more people live comfortably and independently in the home of their choice.

I’ve worked in the charity sector for over twelve years, including as CEO of a regional charity supporting people with autism and learning disabilities. Before that, I was part of the leadership team at Save the Children. I began my career with thirteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and I firmly believe that we achieve the most when we combine the soul, ethos and purpose of a charity with the clarity, focus and commercial discipline of the private sector.

Outside of my role with We Care, I enjoy time with my kids, live music, film, long walks, running, rugby, good beer, the ocean, reading and many other things!
