We offer a range of training programmes for health and social care professionals who are either working with older and vulnerable people or are looking at a career in this area of care provision. They are designed to equip new starters and professionals with the skills to support vulnerable people to live independently.
Our Healthy Homes training is a FREE course designed to highlight how poorly maintained homes can affect people’s health and develop your understanding on how best to consider housing issues when assessing the needs of your patients.
The sessions are attended by social workers, occupational therapists, community health workers and staff and volunteers from Third sector support services such as the Red Cross, dementia navigators, Care Direct staff.
